Which personal skill is highlighted in NJROTC training?

Effective communication is a foundational skill emphasized in NJROTC training because it is essential for successful teamwork, leadership, and overall functioning within a military-style environment. In NJROTC, cadets learn to convey information clearly, listen actively, and provide feedback effectively. This skill is crucial for following orders, participating in drills, and understanding instructions from superiors.
